Different type of topping!!!!!

Royal icing!!!

1.   Beat an egg white

2.   Sift the icing sugar

3.   Beat the mixture until smooth and thick

4.  Add food colouring

Water icing!!!

1.   Sift the icing sugar

2.   Add 1-2 tablespoons of hot water

3.   Mix until smooth and thick

4.  Add food colouring

Chocolate icing!!!

1.   Add one tablespoon of cocoa powder

2.   Sift the icing sugar with the cocoa powder

3.   Add 1-2 tablespoons of hot water

4.  Mix until smooth and thick

Lemon icing!!!

1.   Sift the icing sugar

2.   Add 1-2 tablespoons of hot lemon juice

3.   Mix until thick and smooth

Buttercream icing!!

1.   Sift half of the icing sugar

2.   Beat with butter until smooth

3.   Sift the rest of the icing sugar

4.  Add one tablespoon of milk 

5.   Beat until smooth and craemy

6.   If too thick, add extra milk

7.   If more runny,add the icing sugar

8.  Add food colouring
